Chiropractic Medicine: Chiropractic Basics

What is “chiropractic medicine”?
Chiropractic is a primary health care profession that allows the chiroprator to not only diagnose a condition but to come up with a treatment plan for the individual. Whether it’s for wellness care, and they don’t have any pains or any symptoms, or it’s to address a particular complaint. Chiropractic begins with a very thorough history of the patient. Then a thorough physical examination is done. If there are special tests that need to be done, those are done. Diagnoses are formulated, and the treatment plans are based on the diagnosis. The goal of care is to get the patient back to a point where they can do all the physical activities of daily living and live a highly abundant and productive life.
